1. Single-use Aseptic Filling Bags (Biopharmaceuticals / Industrial Raw Materials)
These are primarily used for the filling of pharmaceuticals, bioprocessing, and bulk industrial raw materials. Usually supplied as pre-sterilized products, they eliminate the cumbersome steps of cleaning, sterilization, and validation, effectively reducing the risk of cross-contamination between batches.
- System Components: Typically include a surge tank, aseptic storage bag, filling tubing, single-use capsule filters, and filling needles.
